  • Answer inquiries and resolve issues related to the Justworks platform, payroll, taxes, tax law, compliance, insurance, and human resources best practices.

  • Quickly and efficiently resolve issues by working independently to find answers, delving deeper with customers to find the root of the problem, and, when needed, managing the relationship between the customer and internal and external teams to ensure that the desired outcome is achieved in a timely manner.

Senior Program Specialist, Arts Integration  |  

The Barnes Foundation  |  Philadelphia, PA  |  2013 - Present

  • Design, coordinate, and deliver a three-part STEAM program for over 2,200 5th and 6th graders annually. In 2019-20, 90% of teachers that participated in the program said that they were interested in STEAM after the program (increased from 40% prior to participating), and 60% of students reported that they were interested in visiting the Barnes again after participating in the program.  

  • Develop, build, coordinate, and deliver an 8 week online teacher training course about integrating Art & Math in the classroom. The course engages with multiple learning modalities including instructional videos, practice scenarios, peer-to-peer evaluation, group dialogue, in-classroom practice, and reflection. The number of applications as well as the number of teachers who passed the course increased by at least 20% each year.

  • Create, advertise for, and manage a K-12 student competition involving math and art-making, culminating in a student exhibit and interviews with expert math judges. This involves the comprehensive coordination of over 300 students, teachers, and families from 21 schools in the 2020 school year. One school partner reported a 12% increase in collaboration in the math classroom during the competition. 

  • Engage in the collaborative development of an Anti-Racist Teaching Strategy including a framework, values, tenets, and ongoing evaluative practices that over 40 K-12 education staff and volunteers put into daily use.
