ABOUT COLLEEN

Through nearly a decade of experience in museums & education, I have developed a broad range of skills and values that look to the future of education. From innovative STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, & Math) pedagogies to responsive and reflective online learning, I've tested and modeled some of tomorrow's most exciting educational offerings.

Whether in the classroom, in the gallery, online, or in the workplace, today's learners deserve an equitable and intentional learning environment. They require flexible and responsive teaching methodologies, with space for divergent learning paths and a multitude of perspectives.

In my educational practice, I aim to facilitate experiences that not only achieve curricular goals, but also engage the diverse knowledges of today's learners.

In recent years, Colleen has transitioned to a role in the tech industry as an Account Manager, bringing my experience as an educator into workplaces across the country. Learning happens every day, everywhere and I am proud to continue to help people grow in a new context.
